Dont be put off by the unknown brand

Advantages: Sound quality/volume is brilliant
Disadvantages: There are better quality/stylish speakers out there (but for double the price)

The JBL Radial Micro... the fact that this speaker dock was available from my local tesco store really did put a few doubts in my mind for paying a high amount for this. However my worries were put to rest when i brought this home. The sound quality is impressive, however more importantly is the volume it reaches without distortion. Being the typical teenager, these speakers have been a life-saver for house parties, easily filling the downstairs ...
...a fantastic range too allowing for track change, play/pause functions as well as volume control. This is paticularly useful for when the bad song of the bunch comes on. The pictures dont paticularly do it justice as it does look quite stylish sitting on a table xD Dont be put off by the relatively unknown brand. These speakers are more than what you need for your ipod! ...

JBL creature - model ;)

Advantages: Look great, sound better
Disadvantages: Only play as low as 50Hz

I have the white pair, and i'll start from where i started at choosing these, they look great don't they? the alloyish trim over the speaker and curvy body really is attractive. The volume is controled by a touch sensitive receptor on the right speaker, which doesn't ever stop working. Aside from the looks they also sound great the two small sattelites(speakers) give out superb high frequency sound, very clear, very crisp. Now to get that full rich ...
...of the same design and looking great has two knobs which control bass, and treble for the whole system which is a handy and useful touch (not only decorative). The sub though does add the warm sound of bass to your music and it does this very well, the sound is not rattled, or distorted as you may find from many cheap subs. However where i was disappointed was its frequency range only playing as low as 50Hz, the human ear can here as low as 20Hz, ...

Funky speakers, with a MASSIVE sound!

Advantages: Good to look at/ Good sound quality
Disadvantages: Huge ammounts of bass

I will start with one of my one and only negative of this product. After opening the box and testing them, one of the speakers didn't work so I had to return them and buy a new set. Despite of this, these speakers are EXCELLENT! They are amazing to look at, and look like they cost a lot of money (which they do, around £60) but they are worth every single penny. I asked for these speakers as a present for my birthday and i am very glad i picked then. ...
...to computers and to TVs and one that is meant for mp3 players or phones. You can also connect headphones directly to the speakers. The sound quality is great! You can adjust volume, bass and treble, although i would recommend keeping the bass turned down if you are living with other people, because even with the bass turned down to nothing, there is still a reasonable ammount. The sound is great, and every song is really clear so if you want a really ...

Looks yes, feels no

Advantages: Looks, nothing else
Disadvantages: Mostly, except looks

...and is the trend with Creative the Creative Inspire 500A does not deviate from the expectations. Beside the flash and pomp of its look the price tag is absolutely unjustified. Paying £35 (inc VAT) for this system is totally uncalled for. That is paying too much for jazzy and frivolous looks. The performance of the system is abysmal; it is a good show-piece in your drawing room. I really wonder why Creative, having created a good niche for themselves ...
...the store is stuffed with Creative Inspire 500A. Such trendy looks, but that’s all it has to it. The performance is poor and that is to say the least. SET UP: Good thinking on Creative’s part, no hi fi stuff. It’s simple, just plug in the wires at the right places. You end up with a mess of wires, and there she stands proudly promises you of great music. A solitary volume control knob is situated at the back of the wired remote. There is no ...

nice to look at

Advantages: sleek design, good volume
Disadvantages: hard to figure out

I purchased this product thinking "oh, these are going to be amazing" because they looked the part. Yes i think that they have got the design right, they look slick but unfortunately thats the best part. you see this is a 5.1 system and my computer will accept upto 8.1 but for some reason only two of these speakers work at a time??? what was the point in me upgrading from my original 2.1 speakers? aside from that they do give off a nice sound and ...
