...an Xbox 360 Elite from PC World for £199.99. The machine is excessively noisy and clearly faulty. You literally can't hear the television because the noise from the howling disc drive is so loud. I took it back for a refund or exchange and was refused because it was 'second hand' having been played with for approximately 3 minutes. ...that! Have complained to PC World Customer Service and have waded through the generic 'get lost' emails, some so badly spelt they would make you laugh out loud. Am not hopeful of getting anywhere with Head Office or OFT but I will be damned if I ever shop at PC World again. Remember, if you buy anything from PC World and need to return, you will need to take a hammer to it first and say it was like that when you bought it, if you are honestly disatisfied ...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

...put me off going to currys as staff look at you down there noses and are not helpful at all! The store itself does has a good range of electrical items and have some good offers on there Televisions and cookers. but after having this problem I wont be sticking around much longer too look inside as they always hesitate too take items back! not impressed and wont be going back again! ...

don't Buy B-grade products, total disgrace they don't test them

Advantages: many products
Disadvantages: watch out joke of a B grade return nightmare 99% don't work that's why the customers return them

i'll keep it short and sweet, i Brought a product for 130 pounds. it was B Grade pc computer part, and turned out it couldn't work it was 'faulty'..and they sent another one and so i sent that one back and yes again that was faulty. wasted my Time. please don't Buy B grades, they don't properly Test them. 99% of them don't work they don't test them their liars. try shop else where. i thought maplins was better but it wasn't and it's a complete joke ...
