    PC World, the Store everyone loves to hate...over my years with the business, I've always found it amusing, the sheer amount of band-wagon jumping, borderline hysterical criticism levelled at the chain. The chain is the largest in the UK, offers a wide range of products at reasonable prices, and if you follow some simple common sense rules, you can get the goods you want without getting too frustrated. First, it helps to be a Business customer when shopping in a Store.     I ordered a monitor with next day delivery. When it did not arrive, I had no trouble getting hold of friendly custormer services people. Unfortunately all their promises and all the various (coflicting) stories they came up with to explain non-delivery came to nothing. Two weeks later I cancelled my order and requested a refund. This has not arrived either. BE WARNED.
