Yes, we only went in to buy a new mouse as we were having problems with our old one. In fact we were having problems with our PC in general ! So, we ended up purchasing a new PC, Advent 3111. It's a corker, with a flat screen monitor.
The store itself was very well laid out, with descriptions of products and prices clearly marked. They even have their own diagnostics section for checking equipment. I remember once we bought a new webcam, it was the wrong one for our pc at the time, so we took it back. They did all the usual checks and said that it was fine for our pc ! After much haggling, they eventually decided we could change it for another model.
As for the staff, they were excellent. Their product knowledge is first class. They were able to advise us on exactly what we needed. The after sales service is very good including the insurance cover they offer.

There's one of these stores quite close to me, and although you can find better deals online, the staff are very helpful! Laura x
