The Author
I'm a journalist and write about tech issues from time to time. I made the mistake of buying a product from them because they were the cheapest.
Their salespeople and support teams know very little about computers. Their only goal is to make you spend as much money as possible and buy expensive insurance (in my case using very dodgy sales tatics).
The laptop I bought in this shop for 800 pounds was faulty. I spent hours on the phone and in the shop until I was finally able to return it and get my money back (what should have taken 5 minutes because by conducting a simple test you can see that it is faulty).

Sorry about your bad experiences, but sadly this isn't really a review, just a rant which says precious little about the shop. Let me know if you rewrite.
