Throw away your iphone
Review of HP iPAQ 614c Business Navigator by sadoldbag

Advantages: all the ease of mobile windows/outlook plus phone, GPS, camera, MP3.
Disadvantages: Er... none so far

...my company must have an HP contract, cos they won't give me a blackberry. Sob. Actually wanted an iphone too, but still... So they gave me one of these babies. The iPAQ 614c And guess what? HP iPAQ have made it into the 21st century! This is great! Throw away your iphones (well, OK, sell them on ebay then). I'm in lurrrve. So what's so cool? Well finally iPAQ have woken up to the fact that you want a phone in your PDA. And there is one. It's 3G ...
...If you buy the add-on HP GPS Navigation Kit you can turn your iPAQ into a Tom Tom type thingy which gives turn-by-turn navigation. Brilliant. And of course it all the personal organiser functions that iPAQ always did do well. Apparently it has Quad-band wireless technology. Sorry but I don't exactly know what that means, but it does mean you can connect to the internet in wifi areas. You can IM and e-mail like with a Blackberry. It has a high-speed ... Read review

The Compact iPAQ
Review of HP iPAQ 914c Business Messenger by 666Nemesis666

Advantages: Lots and lots of features, light, durable, easy to use (once you know how).
Disadvantages: Can be fiddly, menu's are not always easy to use.

...easy route planning. Using the HP GPS Navigation Kit you can even turn your iPAQ 914 into a Smart Travel Companion with Turn-by-Turn Navigation (no need to buy a TomTom then). And obviously no PDA would be complete without those familiar Windows Mobile® applications for organising your daily life. Something which you may not have thought possible was the inbuilt 3 Mega pixel camera - which can capture pictures or even take videos. Full specs for ...

Good all rounder PDA phone
Review of HTC P3600 by Infinityplus

Advantages: Wifi, 3G/GPRS, infrared, bluetooth, built in Sat Nav, smooth
Disadvantages: No radio, can dirty easily

Not many people knows about HTC phone because they are not readily available in the retail shops. I got mine from vodafone. However, it is an extremely good PDA phone - better than most O2 XDA phone out there (in my own opinion). They are usually offered when you want to upgrade or `cancel\' your contract. For your information, O2 XDA phone is made by HTC company as well according to the salesman. HTC P3600 was released on sep 2006 - similar to ...
...and all modes of communication available including 3G which O2 does not have. You do not get any lagging at all when using this PDA phoone. It even has infrared even though it is no longer popular. Its shape is similar to O2 XDA and is only slight heavier ( about 10-15g). It has so many good features so i will just list a few which stands out the most for me: a) 3G/GPRS - fast b) built in sat-nav with Tom Tom 6 - only 1 city map free though however ... Read review

PALM TREO 750. GOOD LOOKER WITH USER PROBLEMS.
Review of Palm Treo 750 by Hi-Spec-Tek

Advantages: IT DOES A JOB, GOOD LOOKING, SMALL.
Disadvantages: MANUFACTURERS ENGINEERING PROBLEMS

Palm Treo 750? Oh what an item! Such a useful device for your pocket/handbag, whatever - Or so I thought! I have had my Palm Treo 750 for about 8 months now but am not truly satisfied. This model cost in the range of £350.00 new. The good points are: Great mobile phone, useful diary, calender and all that you need in a "portable" office. The size is right, the feel of it is good, rounded, and comfortable to use. A good user friendly hand portable ...
...combat this problem. Now the Palm is too large to sit safely in its snug leather protective case. Oh dear! My biggest moan and findings of many who own one of these Palm Treo 750 are the same as I have stated and they have written to Palm regarding this matter of inactive, non-working touch-screen. No replies! Palm still make and do sell this model without having dealt with the very bad problem it has. There is no known cure as far as I can discern ... Read review

I still like it after 6 months
Review of HP iPAQ Rw6815 Personal Messenger by Brumylad

Advantages: unlimited contacts; back-up on PC; MP3 player, large memory card
Disadvantages: no keypad; too quiet ringtone; very occasionally crashes

I've been Using this phone for about 6 months now, for business and pleasure: I like: the MP3 player (the headphones/ hands-free need a firm push to get them in properly) It prompted me to covert my CD collection to music files; the adjustable backlight on the screen, (set on max can just be read on bright day). I now have a diary that reminds me of events with a tone and will even vocalise the event text; albeit in a too quiet voice; My contact ...
...keyword (e.g. electrician); a video camera that I will carry all the time. USB sync with PC quick and easy. I won't lose my contacts and files when the phone is lost or dies. Wana make your kids jealous? let them see the camera preview over the full screen...cool My wallet is no longer overflowing with taty bits of paper reminding me of the contact details of people I have to meet and when. I've kept the transparent flip screen covering the ... Read review
