The gadget that has everything
Review of Fujitsu Siemens Pocket LOOX T830 by Boom6

Advantages: Fully featured PDA phone, currently no other phone has the same features
Disadvantages: Loudspeaker sound quality, 240x240 screen.

...download some more from the fujitsu website too. The device is your sat nav too! Except it doesnt actually come with any sat nav software, so youd have to go out and buy a copy of TomTom to use it as such. It also doesnt come with a car cradle or car charger, so they`re extra. The limitation is the 240x240 screen which is smaller than normal PDAs which can cause some incompatability with some applications. It has a little keyboard. Its is good ...
...it has since been with Fujitsu Siemens for the last two weeks getting repaired. Ive been participating on user groups and no one else has had this problem so far! So i guess i was just unlucky. But unfortunately its going to loose a reliability point for that. It does come with a backup utility for such occasions though! I definately recommend you use it! Why Fujitsu couldnt just replace it i dont know, so Im not happy with that. Other than that ... Read review

This is my modern swiss army knife.
Review of Fujitsu Siemens Pocket LOOX 600 by JimKerr

Advantages: Low Price, Excellent Functionality, Expansion Slots
Disadvantages: Getting a little old

I have owned and used this daily for over two years without a single problem. If you want the specs look elsewhere if you want to know what it can do read on... I do like my gadgets but this has been truely useful and cost effective. I originally bought it to keep track of contacts and my diary. But I now know it can do so much more. I bought a keyboard so I can type notes on the train and it is a lot smaller than a laptop and the battery life ...
...for text notes. (No Laptop, Saved £1000) I bought an SD card for storage and can now play MP3's but it doesn't stop there. I got an Ap for my PC that allows DVD to be compressed and stored on 128MB or 256MB cards. I have just been to france and had a couple of my sons DVDs on cards so he could watch while abroad. (No portable DVD player, Saved £150) It has built-in Bluetooth as well so I bought a USB bluetooth dongle (100m version) and can now ... Read review

Loox no further for a PDA
Review of Fujitsu Siemens Pocket LOOX N560 by JamesLockett

Advantages: Small, lightweight, easy use
Disadvantages: Slow GPS, No navigation software

I had been looking for a small, powerful PDA for a while and managed to narrow my searches down to a short list of just two. I had a few specific requirements in mind such as a good, clear screen, GPS, a fast processor and sufficient memory. So in the end it was a toss up between the Acer N311 and the Pocket Loox N560… The two aforementioned PDAs were very similar in specification, but the N560 just shaded it on memory and power, which was what ...
...it has not disappointed. The screen is a bright and clear 3.5" touch sensitive screen (as you would expect with a PDA), and is very responsive and accurate when you are using the stylus. I would recommend getting some screen protectors as it can get dirty and greasy very easily (I would point at this point though, getting hold of these kinds of accessories has proven a little difficult as most major and well known suppliers don't seem to stock products ... still one of the best PDA's available
Review of Fujitsu Siemens Pocket LOOX 720 by donbing

Advantages: Long battery life, excelent screen, lots of ram
Disadvantages: breakable stylus, expensive, no Windows Mobile 5, poor camera lens

I have had this device for over 2 years now and it is still one of, if not the best PDAs available. the VGA screen is incredibly sharp, has a bright backlight (adjustable) and good colour reproduction. the viewing angles are good, but not so good as the HP hx4700. battery lasts 1-2 days of usage personally (bits of wifi, BT, video and games as well as general note taking etc) and about 5 hours of constant heavy use. the processor is fast enough, ...
...of the few PDAs to have 128MB RAM which means you can have many applications open without too much slowdown and memory issues. i personally love the jog-dial it has for 1 handed use,but rarely use the camera altho it's much better than my phones. all round excelent PDA if you have no need for cell phone functions ... An honest XDA Orbit review!!
Review of O2 Xda Orbit by ankitm

Advantages: Loads of Features in a not so thick mobile
Disadvantages: No 3G and could have been faster

...had come with a Windows Mobile 5 built in but the O2 support website offered an upgrade to Windows Mobile 6 which was easily accessible and download able from the company's website itself. Also synchronization with PC was easy. Just to conclude am very happy and satisfied with the phone. ... Read review
