Mio P550 GPS PDA

Advantages: Accurate, Good Value for money, uses SD cards
Disadvantages: Poor battery life

When purchasing the Mio P550 I was after a navgation system that could easily be put in my car then arriving at my destination easily fitting in my pocket for security. The Mio P550 is a nice shape and size meaning it does fit nicely in your pocket unlike most brick shaped GPS systems you tend to find. What is even better is its also a PDA, so not just will it tell you where to go, it will be your personal organiser, your mp3 player, your mobile ...
...I sent an email to mio about it asking if there was any other ways of restarting it. After about a week I managed to get it to start up and it was running slowly because too many programs were running, after closing some it came back under control. About 2 weeks later I got a reply to my email to Mio which was useless and looked like it had been translated. Overall its a good value for money peice of kit.....and bubble breaker is an addictive game ...

ideal multi purpose tool

Advantages: easy to use, with windows mobile 5
Disadvantages: does not have bluetooth capability

the mio p350 comes with tomtom 5 software on a 128mb sd memory card. with uk maps. there is plenty of memory on the card to put some of your own files. this hand held computor is capable of playing videos, music and showing your photo's. this also has microsoft mobile office software so you can create or work on your office files while on the road. if your a games freak there are quite a lot of games to download from the internet which do work very ...

Advantages: good battery life
Disadvantages: low resoultion and loading of pages are very slow

This is a very well designed item but unfortunately the pocketsurfer does not pick up signal anywhere in my area since it is on Vodafone. So before you buy a pocketsurfer check out to see if you have vodafone reception in your area. When I eventually found some signal I found out that the screenwas very low resolution and that that most websites took a lot more than 7 seconds to load which I read on other reviews.
