...I had got tired of just having a portable CD/Radio player in my bedroom, my room was small anyway and having that sitting around on the floor was taking up too much space. I decided a new one, but needed it compact so I could tuck it away up on a wall somewhere but I also needed it cheap (I was a student, it was the end of term, I was living off my student loan!) So, having rethought about what I was asking I had pretty much given up, I didn't believe I could find a player that would have what I was looking for in my price range... until, I walked into ASDA and found the Pacific PMC601for only £20! No, thats not a typo, it really was just £20! Advantages: easy to use, clean

...This is based on females really, however you men can read and rate it if you want to. I PMC stands for pre menstrual cycle and unfortunately us females get it once a month and have different symptoms and ways of coping with it. I hate time of the month and really wished I was a man or a female without it. It is horrible and I can?t tell you of a woman who does like it. If there is anyone who does not mind it then I will give them a reward and you males out there should consider yourselves extremely lucky that you don?t have this each month. Each month I come on I find I do not sleep very well. I get hot and pains in my stomach and I am often awake most of the night tossing and turning, I loose my appetite. Advantages: Ability to play music, videos, pictures and recorded tv anywhere!
Disadvantages: Quite large, and not extremely easy to synchronise

...like from your library. However I never really used that feature of Windows Media player, so if you don't either, then you may find it a little difficult to syncronise the device. Also, Windows media player isn't always reliable, and when I leave it to synchronise, I occasionally come back to it to find it has crashed, and I have to synchronise it again. If you don't consider the above as major problems, then the Zen PMC is actually quite a good purchase. It offers a very good sound quality, and you can even use the AV out part (for use on TVs) to stick another set of headphones in, meaning no need to share 1 pair of headphones between friends! Also, the video, picture and tv quality can't really be mocked! Overall, if you can afford this with money to spare, then I recommend it, as it offers more than your everyday mp3 player. But don...
