I have told them that the TV is legally in their possesion as I never took delivery. They are still not refunding me yet. I have lost 2 days work due to waiting for delivery, have made countless phone calls ... ...Do yourself a favour, AVOID PRC DIRECT, save yourself the inconvenience of dealing with their incompetence. They have no concept of customer service, getting hold of them is a joke, and you've got more chance of winning the lottery then being called back if when promised. Even then, they won't have a clue. They get a star because you can't give somebody no stars at all.
For the sake of your sanity, I BEG YOU - do NOT use this shoddy outfit. ...

...the service we experienced from PRC Direct was appalling. We placed our order on 18th November and paid for express delivery and were told that we would take delivery within 5 - 6 working days. We were then contacted by the courier to arrange delivery for 29th November (8 working days later) but agreed to this. Our order did not arrive and we did not receive a call from either the courier or PRC to apologise or explain what had gone wrong. We arranged ... ...We waited in all afternoon and didn't hear anything until 9.15pm when the courier phoned to say that he was 90 miles away but would be with us in approx 2 hours time!
We arranged a third date for delivery and asked for a time slot as we had lost all faith in PRC. We were promised that delivery would be at 5.30pm. Our order was delivered at 10.15pm.
We were misled over the express delivery and let down on no less than 3 occassions. Phone calls were ...

PRC came out cheapest by a few pounds over other internet suppliers, and beat the high street by hundreds of pounds!!!
The store also has a high street shop in Ilford, Essex (always good to be able to 'visit' in times of crisis).
The deal included free delivery which continues on most products on their site.
Their website is not one that leaps out from the search engines so you have to know or hunt hard to find them.
... ...- a standard basket selection and then checkout to enter delivery and credit card details.
The site appears well secured to prevent fraud/misuse.

Delivery is by third party courier.
There are no options for contact and timing so the usual caveats apply - unless you are in they will have to redeliver, usually at an inconvenient time/day.
Fortunately, we were in when the courier arrived.
