Life
I recommend fully charging these for first time use. I put them on for a day. From the full charge I managed to get a week use out of them. I use them in my Xbox 360 Controllers which are used by me and my brothers so they were on for most of the week.
Charge
While using the official charger for this product it takes around 6 hours to charge fully (Overnight).
Size
I find that these batteries are a little larger than the usual AA batteries because in my Xbox controller when I first got them in they took quite a lot of force to get them out again. After using them for quite a lot it seems to have stretched the batterypack so it ...

The wireless controllers come with the xbox 360 premium console pack. They are great and the fact that there are no wires means no more tangled wires AND best of all no chance of the leads breaking like so many other contollers i owned or the standard XBOX.
The controllers are light and have a good signal compared to other wireless controllers previously produced for XBOX and Playstation, these old wireless controllers tend to have a weak signal even when sitting close to the console. XBOX 360 performs great though. XBOX 360 controllers good, Playstation and old XBOX bad OK?
The wireless controllers do have a downside though. With no wires they have to have there own power source ...

usually insert the 4 batteries into. The batterypack comes with a grey wire which plugs directly into the flat outer side of the batterypack and connects via USB to the back of the Wii Console. Being a USB connection - the batterypack can also be charged by plugging it into a computer or laptop. The cable is 2metres long making it easy to keep it connected during gameplay if needed.
One of the great things about this batterypack is that it can be charged whilst plugged into the board and whilst the board is in use without interrupting game play which is fantastic if you are impatient and don't want to have to wait for the thing to charge!
We initially alternated between batteries while the batterypack was charging and then swapping between the two - but now we just use the batterypack either charging it whilst the board is in use ...
