Advantages: Buckets of power, bullet proof engine, great fun.
Disadvantages: Arm pump, neck ache, chains and sprockets, frames can crack on heavy landings.

...I bought this bike in 1995, after being left a few bob by my lovely Gran' who sadly died in 94 (will always love her to bits for helping me out ) But I'm sure she'd be turning in her grave if she knew half of what I'd spent her hard earned cash on ! If this car was a ford, or jaguar, the car V6 model would probably retail 2 times the rrp . Advantages: Excellent engine
Disadvantages: Paintwork finish

...The 2002 ZX6R A1P model with the 636 engine is amazing with excellent power delivery. Servicing costs are very reasonable. I use this on the track and it is fantastic track day tool as well. Some questionable finish to the paintwork on the swingarm though. Many modifications are available from your basic end can upgrade to full system with Dyno jet and K&N filters to increase power. The low screen height is easily solved with the purchase of an after market double bubble screen. An after market undertray tidies up the tail section nicely. Rear suspension can be very harsh over the bumps but can be tweaked for a softer ride or upgraded with a new unit. Headlights are amazing as standard and light up the road ahead beautifully....
