Hmm, i bought this laptop yesterday brand new for just over £500..and so far i have to say i am not impressed. Ok, it runs windows well and fast, and is fine with office and other applications, at has a great screen, and a great feel...this i am not disputing. It has plently RAM and a good enough hard drive and the dual core processor....so all good so far. HOWEVER I have just tried installing Rome Total war, not a game too taxing for the pc, and it wont even load it up! I am a computer technician, and have used this game on so many other computers with no trouble. The laptop also has a tendancy to stall as well, at the most inconvenient of times! Oh well, Its ok for an office computer, but dont intend on gaming on it! The sound is great and its superb for watching DVD's on...but what do you want it for??
- Ok, it seems your not happy with my hasty review of this product, and so i will re-review as of todays usage..i know i know its still not long enough to get the full experience, but i am a pc technician and i deal with laptops every single day. Ok i was a bit hasty, if i were to compare it to other laptops of the same price no doubt this has very good value for money, its fast, and has good memory and ample RAM. Its currently running Windows Vista Ultimate (which i suspect has some minor bugs) however it has stalled a few times already. I have discovered the graphics card to be better that on first assesment.. it is capable of running medieval 2 total war - on of the most demanding games on all of the system out i have seen so far. I will be trying to use it for F.E.A.R so as to benchmark it for 1st person shooters., I have removed Rome total war - and will be reinstalling it soon also to see if its any better. Yes, it holds all these games with its hard drive - so i suppose im retracting a lot of the last review... and to reincite - the wireless is fantastic! i hope i havnt offended!

(+) cool and quite robust trackpad, good display,64-bit windows 7 (-) few connectors, dell drivers only, not realy for gameing (most models), finger print prone!
not much info and besides it is only few hours you used it and it is quite premature to say that it is not worth. i will rerate this if you could add more facts after few months of using it. thanks. rey

Hi,
A little more detail would be helpful. What system is it running? Vista? XP? Which version?
Just my 2 cents worth....NomisG
