    I have had the Packard Bell Dot for a few months now and as a matter of fact, I am writing this review in it right now. It’s simply fantastic. Its fast, loads fast, stores loads of data, it’s around excellence. And it’s Windows 7! I got my laptop for just £370. The Model The laptop is light in weight in comparison to other laptops. It’s 28mm thick and just 1.32kg. The bottom is black, the top is red and the inside is white. On the top, there is a pattern that looks like a net and on the left there is a little silver rectangle with ‘Packard Bell’ engraved on it along with the symbol. On the ... more

    In my opinion, this is a very useful piece of kit. It was bought mainly for homework from school and has become a very useful aid in doing this. I have also had fun on the many games from Packard Bell themselves (which need to be downloaded), as well as the original games most computers have on them (solitaire, heart, minesweeper etc). The speed at which these games run aren't particularly fast but i didn't expect everything to be running at the speed of light on a Netbook. I like the fact that I can carry it almost anywhere, but haven't yet (apart from my Nans) because not only have i not got ... more

    Advantages Advantages Comes with a case to protect it from damage. Has nearly all the same features as a laptop.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Does not have a disc drive to play movies. Has smaller keys than a laptop.

    I am writing this review on this very netbook. I bought this product only yesturday and although it is only early days i have no complaints so far. It is very easy to use.if you have 3G,It would be perfect for travel. It comes compact with many games and software. (60 free days of microsoft office and norton internet sercurity, also provided is the full version of adobe photoshop elements.) Which is extremerly handy if you need to cover spots or get rid of red eyes in photos. It is a windows 7 starter laptop which is very good.
