"Paddington You'll Never Change !"

I am glad to see that good old paddington bear is still around and still getting into the same sort of trouble he has always done since I was a child.

For some children it was Pooh Bear, for me it was always Paddington.

As I can remember, Paddington was a little bear from darkest Peru, that some how ended up living with a very forgiving family called The Browns.

He was always getting into bother whilst trying to help, or do a good deed.

He was a lovable little bear who always had accidents for the sake of the author Micheal Bond, to tell the wonderful tales of woe.

In this book, although it may have been slightly updated for todays children, I am happy to say that the format is the same

Paddington is left on his own whilst The Browns go out, so he decides to do something helpful !
He starts off by thinking that it would be a lovely suprise for The Browns to come home and find a lovely chocolate cake made for them.
Whilst the organising the making of a lovely chocolate cake, Paddington then decides that he should also clean the house from top to bottom.

In true Paddington style it all goes incredibly wrong and whilst trying to sort out one mess he creates another !

This is a lovely little story that children will enjoy.
It's quite funny in places as well as being quite sad and sometimes frustrating as you can just tell whats going to go wrong, and it does !

This book is written using easy to read words, so is great for a young reader. It also has some wonderfully drawn illustrations by R W Alley, allowing childrens imaginations to go wild and really get drawn in to the story.

This book is aimed at 4-8 year olds but would also be enjoyed by older and younger children.

A lovely little book amonst a whole range of lovely Paddington Bear Books.
Can be bought for as little as £1.49 in bookshops in paperback format.
