The call centre seems to be manned by a high proportion of East-Asians (China, Japan etc) and I have had a couple of problems with the accents in the past. When you ring the call centre they ask you for your message, which you give them, and they then repeat it. On two occasions my message has been jumbled slightly, so it’s kind of essential to speak VERY clearly.

I read this book within days. Usually it take s me a while to get into a book. When I started reading this though I was engrossed from pageone.
The book is about a woman with two disabled children. She fights throughout the book to get her children help and support and to change the label that disabilities have. She doesn't get upset about her situation and does not seek pity from it. INstead she throws all of her energy in to making the world a better place for her two boys.
She sets up a charity to help others in a similar situation too. SHe sees that she has a gift due to the disabilities and really turns around your opinion of diabilities.
This book is so good to read. It makes you view disabilities differently and have a sense of amazement by how strong this woman is.

Advantages: The wit, humor and intelligence as well as self indulgent treats you ARE allowed now! Disadvantages: The movies section at back, could be longer, but overall i adored this book!
I was stuck on a bus that had broken down on our way back from a day out, and was not impressed, we eventually got the toilet break we all needed! As i walked into the shop, I saw this book reduced and needed a laugh so bought it!

' WE'D LIKE TO DEDICATE THIS BOOK TO OUR ADORING HUSBANDS WITHOUT WHOM IT JUST WOULDN'T BE POSSIBLE' in capital letters sprang out, then further down the page...'Only Kidding..' this becomes a constant theme with all the 'average' self help authors to their readers annoyance. I thought this added realism and truth to the normal womans life!
