I have had this cymbal for a year now. I loved it as a beginner but the sound is depleting and it has lost its sustain over a longer period of use.
It is an ideal cymbal for starters because it is in a lower range it is much cheaper. It will not cost the pocket of a fickle musician who may give up very soon after starting and this may induce angry parents.
I have used it for 3 gigs and although it sounds reasonably good acoustic when mic'ed up at a gig it doesnt sound as strong and would nead a louder microphone for it to cut through properly.
An ideal cymbal for beginners but i would not recommend it for more experienced drummers or constant giggers.
