using it as a souped-up iPod replacement, you can upgrade the storage using any SD card (and they are stupidly cheap at the moment) so you should never run out of space for your music and video collection.
It runs on Palm's excellent Garnet operating system - and you're unlikely to find a more stable operating system on a pda (other than the version of Mac OSX that Apple uses on the iPhone).
Battery life is also excellent. Actually, I cannot remember it ever having run out of battery while I've been using it. It seems to be able to carry on for hours on end without blinking.
There's not really much you can say against the TX in the pda stakes. To put it bluntly, how many other items of consumer electronics that were launched in 2005 can you (a) still buy today and (b) can still hold their own against the competition? None! ...

I am a great fan of courtroom dramas, which is one of the reasons why I enjoy John Grisham novels so much and I pretty much look on him as the master of this genre. Therefore, when I discover a book that claims that it's 'better than Grisham or your money back' I am bound to be interested.
