I bought this phone with a contract at around 92 Euro 1 year ago. It is a solid phone with very long lasting battery (2 batteries in box) which can last 4-5 days for normal usage (actually time may vary on different usage). The most advantage of this phone is you can find many free resource to install in Palm OS, e.g. dict, games, movie players, file readers. There is also some very good e-books and softwares which you can buy online. Normally I use the phone as a MP3 player, or a digital file reader and a game player when I was in Bus and subway. It also can turns into a GPS with a additional gps receiver if you drive a car. It can also browers internet with a SD wireless card, so you can check your emails but I didnot try this yet. The disadvantage is that it has a lousy camera (VGA) cannot compete with 2-mega, 3-mega camera phone. It is a little heavy and only suit for man.

...Back in June when Palm had the 'football game' competition on, I won my trusty little (well actually rather large) treo650. I believe that the only reason I find it large is because I have had lighter, smaller sony ericsson phones beforehand.
I wasn't too sure that I would enjoy the 'Treo experience' at first, but boy I was wrong. I love the phone to bits. I know there was a few problems with the original 650s sent out with the original firmware, but as far as I'm concerned it is absolutely brilliant.
The Screen:-
I admitt that it is not the latest technology, as there are 262k screens out there now. But the large screen (I think it's about 2 inches square) is rather adequate and bright even though it is only 65k.

Advantages: Super Quality screen, easy2use keyboard, All in one device, bluetooth, infra, EDGE, lot palm based software. Disadvantages: No Wi-Fi, low build in memory, so so battery life.
...It is actually one of my dream comes true product, plus something that i have been waiting for some long time. i still remember year ago, when i fall in love with the PalmOne Tc due to it mini keyboard & build in Wi-Fi, BUT later found out so many bad thing of this product plus the so expense price tag so i wait til today, finally a palmOne products that all in one OR what i need.
but i do understand this is not a easy review, as the Treo650 can do TOO much plus LOT of function that you can do...so if any point that i didn't touch, you can either ask or request me to add later. BUT i will not touch any of the standard PDA or much of phone software here but only some of the point that related or new to Treo650.

...well what can i say palm have done it again created the ultimate pda ( personal, digital, assistant ) not only does it look brilliant it has loads of features that other pdas do not have it has a built in mobile phone and arial for wireless comunication and internet and very nice handy built in keyboard, and an excellent huge colour screen for games and video clips this also comes with a built in mp3 player to listen to your music while you travel or at work so to all the gadget loving people out there who like to be up to date with the latest gadgets you have to get one of these or your stuck in the stone age !!....
