I actually bought this whilst in America and to be honest looking back think I paid a little too much looking at what you can get it for now in the UK.
Firstly, I must admit I am no wizard with technology but if I can manage to use this so could most other people, I must admit I was very sceptical at first, having only ever been used to my standard desktop PC.
I write lots and lots of documents and this is fantastic for it, you can just load your excel and word documents and literally work on them anywhere and then transport them, you can also get a docking station which is great if you want to allow others to use.
My husband will often borrow this when he is away on business and so I've added lots of pictures of our son, the quality of them is fantastic and to say the screen is only fairly small the colours are very crisp and vivid.
Multimedia wise, it is supplied with realplayer so I am able to play my MP3's both through the speakers and my headphones and again the sound quality is very good and very loud!! it also comes with Adobe Acrobat so you are also able to read all those .pdf documents.
It is Bluetooth Enabled but I have never used this facility but I am informed that it does decrease your baterry life rapidly.
The featues are as follows: 32MB memory 200 mhz processor expansion card slot MP3 player headphone jack Bluetooth enabled Flash drive rechargeable battery charging cable hot sync cable leather-like flip cover Infrared port Adobe Reader Real Player Accessories such as calender etc.
Overall I think this is an excellent Palm for everyone whether they are hi-flyers or just normal joe bloggs, it's got all the gadgets anyone would ever need or want and you are able to work on all your documents anywhere due to documents to go which is included.
