This is my fist palm pilot. I decided to buy my palm m100 after seeing my friend's palm m500. But There was no need to buy that expensive one. I checked the models. And the m100 was the most suitable one for me. Palm m100 is a very useful device.

It has Date Book, Address Book, To Do List, Memo Pad, Infrared whic used to meam data, Note Pad, Color Face Plates, Clock At-A-Glance, AvantGo's Web Channel Manager, Link to Microsoft Outlook included, Storage Capacity, 2 MB of Memory.

Best thing about it, you can import and export your data. For example, you can transfer all your data into your address book in your email account. You can transfer your documents from computer to your palm.
Also owing to Palm Desktop, everything you have in your palm is also in your computer. You can never loose your data, since you always have back-up in your computer.
Plus, you may add on any of the thousands of software applications available, from business productivity tools to games. Many of them are free or free for limited usage.

www.palm.com.

I have some music programs showing guitar tabs, birthday reminder, some games and so on. If you connect to internet , also you can see in a map of london city.

You can beam your data to another mobile or palm pilot. It is so easy.

If you can not find the thing you write in palm you can find it through "search".
You don't need to write what you wanna on keyboard. You can write in your handwriting.

You can also find a suitable case for your palm pilot. It costs like £ 20 but worth buying it.

Palm m100 has no craddle. You need to use batteries. If you turn on the background light, it really consumes batteries so quicklky.

Also, you can write on the screen as well.

There are different type of alarms in your palm pilot. You can choose one.

If you want it to remind you of something, if you want it may remind you of it every day, week, month or year in the same time.
Additionally, You can adjust and decide when you want it to remind you, 1 hour ago, 1 day ago , you choose...

You may change e the color of your handheld with an assortment of snap-on faceplates.

I am gonna write on, when I remember to write more.

I hope my opinion gave you an idea.

Thanks

If it doesn't come with a cradle how do you connect it to your PC?
