I have spoken to Pampers about this product and how disappointed I was in this product .I am very happy that they are reimbursing me for the pack and was very impressed with customer service. They have stated that the feedback they received has been mixed.

I won't be purchasing these nappies again and unfortunately this is not a product I can recommend.

The packaging
The packaging is a bright orange packet and I purchased a pack of size 5 of 44 nappies for £5 on offer at Morrison's. The quantity does depend upon the size. The pack reads super absorption and with leak guard cuffs.
First Impressions
I was very pleased when I opened the pack to see the lining was much more similar to the baby dry rather than the netting on the active fit. It is however much rougher than the baby dry nappies My perception was that they looked exactly like the baby dry so was quite looking forward to testing them out on my son. I had already received comments from a friend saying that they weren't very absorbent but her daughter drinks significantly more than my son so was not deterred.
My experience
They do fit my son well and he does seem comfortable in them. I was however shocked how bulky they were after a small amount of time. I also didn't feel that my son's bottom was as dry as baby dry. I have had a couple of occasions when my son is wet in the day as these nappies are not absorbent enough which is something I have never encountered before. I found it necessary to change these nappies twice as often so turned out to be false economy.
I am using these nappies up through the day to use them up but ensure my son has baby dry on during the night.
Comments from other moms
I have had discussions with a few friends who have tried them and are yet to find anybody who actually likes this product.

This is a real disappointing product from a brand I usually trust for quality.
Advantages: trusted brand Disadvantages: not worth it
I usually always buy Pampers wipes for my baby as I think that they are better than the others we've tried, they always seem to be a good thickness and moisture so when I saw that Pampers have brought out a new version of their wipe but at a cheaper price and branded with the name 'Simply Dry' I thought we would have to try them.
You can tell that the wipes are made by Pampers as they carry the big logo on the front along with the bright green wrapping ... ...this brand and the other Pampers wipes- DRY. The wipes really are very dry! There was virtually no moisture on them at all so no wonder it was half the price of the usual pack we'd buy! When wiping my baby's skin down it felt really rough and coarse as it was so dry and I had to use double the amount I would normally use. As far as I can see this is just pointless as a wipe needs to be moist in order to clean your baby properly and delicately. No ...

Advantages: Very slim fitting, good absorption Disadvantages: seem small for the size/weight range, still a bit expensive
...thought that they were normal Pampers nappies but in a different packaging, possibly European packaging for some reason, probably beacuse of the german(?) writing on the front. On reading up on it, I was wrong. Basically Pampers Simly Dry are a new line that they have recently started with the basic ideals of great pampers dryness but with better value - lower price.
Pack size of the 'Simply Dry' is slightly smaller and the cost slightly lesser ... ...prices are as follows: Pampers Simply Dry - 26 pack is £3.99 and a 50 pack is £7.29
Pampers Baby-Dry - 34 pack is £5.00 and a 26 pack is £8.99
So, slightly lower cost but you are getting fewer in the packet too, so I wouldn't say that they are the better value by much.
I have used these on my 8 month old baby boy and they have been moderately sucessful, the nappies are very slimline before putting them on, and one my son has clothes over the top ...

Advantages: soothing, do the job Disadvantages: none
Everyone who has a baby relies on baby wipes. You find yourself using them constantly and not just for when it's nappy changing time but for cleaning your baby's face when it's smeared with baby food which always goes everywhere or so it seems, for wiping sticky fingers and I even use mine for wiping down her toys and the highchair tray and kitchen sides.
I go through hundreds of wipes every week as they're so useful but I have found that there are huge differences in quality depending upon the brand you go for.
I have tried Pamper's simplydry and i found them far too dry, they didn't do the job properly as I felt I had to apply a lot of pressure on my baby's skin to clean it so it made her uncomfortable. I have tried Huggie's with aloe vera and although these were very kind to the skin they were too moist! They left my baby ...
Advantages: Keeps your baby dry, Value for Money, No Nappy Rash Disadvantages: none
Four kids down the line and i have tried many nappies and can honestly say that Pampers are the best. I have never had any problems with leaks and the sizing on the packet make it easy to buy the correct size for your baby. They stick perfectly without falling off and are totally foolproof. The thing that impressed me most was their ability to keep my children dry through the night which is very important to mums to prevent nappy rash. in addition to nappies their wipes are the best around they do not dry out and are sensitive to delicate skin. As my children have grown older they have loved the special design and have infact all went through a stage of picking a particluar nappy to wear with a character on it. I am delighted that pampers has launched a new range of nappies called SimplyDry same great product that you can trust ...
