As you all know, when you have a headache coming on or your having a heavy period and the pains you can get (only relevant to women this bit), and the pains so excruciating you need to take some that will work quick and faster than paracetamol well this is the one to take, its fast and works fast and is very effective, im pretty ollucky i dont suffer from period pains but i do have one really nighmare of a pain which is toothache, for years i have been taking the likes of paracetamol, ibrufoen burt neither have done the job, until panadol actifast was discovered I have used this product when i got a really bad abcess and it really halped took the pain away almost straight away and since then I have been relying on this product and is now my nest best friend in pain killers wise lol. Hope this helps for those who know what its like to get any kind of pain that it is so excruciating.:)

I didnt actually find it worked any faster than normal Panadol, but I still prefer Panadol in general to any other brand! x

Sorry for the lower rating but much more info is needed here i.e price, are they in dissolvable/tablet form, why are these better than others etc etc. try having a read of other similar reviews and you'll see the info and detail they contain. Hoep this helps :-)
