Advantages: Combines Paracetamol with Caffeine for fast action Disadvantages: Price
Whilst working in an over-crowded, stuffy and cacophonous office headaches have become an unwanted occupational hazard. As a result I've been trying all sorts of different medication to try and help ease my way through the day in fact this is something like the fifth over the counter product I've tried in recent weeks. One of the most expensive was Panadol Extra (funnily enough it was also one of the most heavily advised by the shop assistants...funny that isn't it), I got an 8 tablet packet of the product for around £2 with the idea that the product was the quickest acting due to mixing caffeine with paracetamol. The idea in my head made me think ?This is a pain killer with an energy boost, genius?. The product promise not only to cure headaches and migraines but also backache and muscle pain, sadly I also had a bad back at work making ...
Advantages: Relief from Colds/ Flu Disadvantages: Quite Expensive but worth it if you don't want to feel terrible
I bought Panadol Actifast a few weeks ago, never used them before. I then became sick. These things work wanders.
Each pack contains 16 capsules.
These are definatly a must have, after taking these about 30mins later:
1) My headache was gone,
2) My Temperature went down
3) My cold was still there, but come on what cold disappears straight away.
4) As for my sore throat, combined with some Dequadin throat lozengers was non existent.
It was only until these little beauties wore off did i start to feel the sickness again. Colds and Flu can make us feel terrible inside, so why not relief yourself and get yourself back on the road to recovery.

dispensary at hand (she keeps a stock of stuff in there that would fill half the shelf?s in Boots).
I popped into the nearest chemist shop and looked for some paracetamol tablets to kill the headache before it took hold.
On the shelf I noticed a metallic green box with ?Panadol actifast? emblazoned on it. On reading the blurb on the box I saw that it promised ?Fast acting pain relief? and so I picked up the box and took it to the check out.
After being brought round with some smelling salts I reluctantly paid £2.99 for the 16 tablets and skulked out of the shop.
Still reeling at having paid almost three quid for sixteen tablets I made my way to the nearest café and purchased a coffee (£1.20 for a mug of cappuccino, another rip off, honestly, they must see me coming) to help the tablets on their journey down my neck and onto the pain inducing ...
