...The PanasonicCQ-DFX400N is probably one of the best CD players on the market. Priced at around £140 it is available to most prospective buyers. It has 3 sets of amp sockets so 3 amplifiers may be connected to the headunit. A CD changer may also be connected. At 4 x 45watts it is also quite loud when used with the right speakers. It can even douv
ble the loudness of a standard car stereo system. The display is bright blue which is attractive and easy to see at night but it can be quite distracting. The layout of buttons is spot on with them being easy to locate whilst driving.You can connect a handsfree mobile phone kit to the headunit which kills all sound when the phone rings. I would recommend this stereo to all potential buyers as it's packed full of features,cheap and is of good design....

The stereo has an ISO connection block attached so it is installed easily as long as your car has an ISO block. If not there is a full explanation of what each wire is for in the instructions.
The only disadvantage to this headunit that I could find was that it was a bit distracting on dark roads as the unit's display is so bright you feel like its giving you a suntan. However it has three selectable levels of brightness so you can dim it.
I bought this product about a year ago for £220, it was well worth it and as there is a new line of stereos from Panasonic this headunit can be found much cheaper now. Buy it!!...
