Can't say they're 1000% perfect but not far short; the DMR -EZ48VEBK Reg 2 for the Waltham transmitter is little less than the perfect companion to any decent LCD / SKY - or PLASMA set-up (if you have the hackers for one): After being disappointed by several online retailers I managed to get a good deal from Amazon for my Recorder, so to find an Eddy's link on there was sorry but little short of amazing. I have been buying electical goods from Eddy's for nearly 35 years, so you won't get me writing anything but a cracking review; for this reason I give the DMR 4 stars. My only problem is the setting up cos I'm disabled but a neighbour helped me and in less than an hour the whole system was up and working along with the SKY box. Sadly since helping me with this, he has suddenly passed on and will be sadly missed; but the lasting memory of helping me set up the Panasonic DMR will be his epitaph -helpful always and like Eddy's - reliable and there when needed.
Only one glitch; the HDMI will not operate without interference, but that may just be in my area- I truly can't say. Otherwise, all that you want at a price that leaves one wondering why Eddy's can knock other seller's prices out as effectively as Carl the Cobra!!
