I am a proud owner of this portable DVD player. I purchased this product in Gibraltar for around £220. I was persuaded by its ease of transportation and the fact that I was told that it was a multi-region DVD player (able to play DVDs from all 6 regions in the world, including America. I find this DVD player very easy to use and operate, although the screen may be just a tad on the small side, I can still see the screen OK when in front of me. I was disappointed when I found I couldn’t hear it too well on an aircraft due to the high engine noise levels. The buttons on the right hand of the clearly state what they are for and it is very easy to change display settings and to view the menu. There is a slide on the front of the player which you have to move to the right in order to open the disc holder. I found the screen to be very adjustable and able to twist forward and backward with and rotate and around an axis very well. The only disappointment was that it could not twist from side to side, meaning if a friend wanted to see an incident they would have to move next to you rather them you twisting the monitor to show them.

I bought this DVD player the last week, and i was a bit sceptable about them, but i still bought it. It was pretty good value as well. It cost £280 off Kelkoo search engine which is a special reduced interner price. Normal price is £300 +
When i turned it on and the quality of the picture was amazing. REALLY good quality and easy to use. It never goes into negative like other players which makes it great if there is a group. I think this is a great ... ...dvd players. The actual player looks extremely sleak and sexy and is a piece of art in itself. Well done Panasonic.
The only bad thing was that the remote was abit fiddly.
I truly recomend this to anyone who is looking on the market for one of these dvd players. ...

Advantages: VERY neat, most impressive little DVD player I've ever used... (read on in review, theres too much to say.) Disadvantages: not brilliant base, especially at full volume(but normally I use headphones or if plugged into TV then its tv speakers that r used anyway), Battery hasn't got the longest life but it just clips on so its easy to have more than 1(easy to find on e-bay)
...have never noticed it skip or jump, and use it as a CD player in my room, it has just been connected to a couple of speekers which produces brilliant sound quality and as I have a lot of my music on my PC it is very easy to transfer it onto an SD card and and use the dvd player as an MP3 player.
In conclution I would highly recomend this portable DVD player if you have anything else that uses SD cards, if not then I would recomend the Panasonic DVDLV50 or as its called here the PanasonicDVDLS5EBS which is basicly the same but has no SD card reader and doesn't look quite as good but it may be better suted to your needs....
