The remote control as no volume button,i spent a good 10mins re-reading the instructions in-case i,d mis-read this point.Unbelievable for a model of this calibre.
If you also are thinking about a case to carry this dvd in- think again.I have trawled the net only to find a handful of dedicated cases (DYCC25).
The problem here being that they only come up on dot com sites and the ones i tried do not ship outside the US.The price ranges from $29 to $69 dollars.
There is also the suspension theatre kit around $89.99 great idea but no use if you cannot buy here.I contacted Panasonic direct, no joy there just advised me to contact the case manufacturer...

Advantages: Price, Slim Design and Multi Region Disadvantages: Does not come with scart cable
...I purchased this DVD player after reading many reviews and checking out it size etc, in a electrical store.
I was very impressed with what I saw, the sleak, slim and stylish design finished in silver looks great in any modern styled household.
I was looking at DVD players for under £100, the names that continually came up were Alba, Ventura and other such budget brands, but to my surprise the first well known brand to come up was Panasonic comin in at aprox. £75!
This player has multi region capability and also plays MP3 and MPEG discs great for looking at your digital camera snaps in large scale (possibly a scary experience!)
The only negative associated with this player was that it does not come with a Scart lead needed to connect to you television, however I purchased this through the supplier. The Scart was aprox. £10...
