The Panasonic NV-GS180... Having a 3CCD camcorder is the best thing in the camcorder world. 3CCD is the technology used in news/TV cameras to give you that crystal clear cut video!!! And i must say, this camera is the best i have seen around, for the price as well as the quality.
It has plenty of functions to fiddle around with, but the end all is that the video quality is fantastic and i reccomend anyone starting off from making their own home videos, to videoing as a hobby (Youtube), this is the best camera you can use. Its the best value for money as its not expensive at all compared to other 3CCD cameras which range to £1000 and more easyly!
Panasonic have been able to cut the costs down due to the fact that it uses DV cassettes. Which are more reliable in terms of not getting damaged that easyly.

The product
This is a portable DVD player made by Panasonic. The DVD player comes with an 8.5 ? diagonal wide screen LCD screen. It is a multi format playback model which will support all kinds of DVDs, CD, DVD-RW, DVD-R, DVD+R, J-PEG, DVD+RW and DVD-RAM. It is made of sturdy black plastic and come complete with all leads, cables, headrest mounting brackets and basic accessories.
These DVD players are designed for use on the move, with no need to be connected to a full size television. The unit operates from a rechargeable battery, this can be charged from the mains or from 12v. The battery pack is supplied and although it was a little fiddly to install when we first set the DVD player up, now we have the 'knack' of slotting it into place, there is no problem.
