To this day, this is still amongst one of the lightest and slimmest phones ever made by Panasonic. It weighs only 77grams and was the second lightest phone in the market around July 2001. it is the successor to the gd90 model which was a hugely popular phone due to its size, design and the easy to use interface.
Amongst the exclusive features on this was the abolity to change the colour of the display background between a number of colours which made t very appealing .it has predictable text input(T9) which is very handy when your writing text messages as it saves a lot of time
This phone was available to buy on contract on Vodafone and BT cellnet(at the time)for around £30 which wasn't very expensive at all.
To operate the phone is very simply as most of scrolling in the menus is done with the centre button which has up,down, left and right functions. There is also a C button which was cancelling an option,a button to bring up your phonebook and of course the button for entering menus.
Battery talk time was up to 3.5 hours but of course this was under optimum conditions.Other interesting functions include the voice recorder function and dual band functionality.
Overall this was a very good phone at the time it was a phone that was very easy to use indeed
