Manufacturer's product description
KX-T7020 handsfree telephones are designed for use with Panasonic Hybrid Telephone Systems KX-T30810, KX-T61610, KX-T123211D and KX-TA624, but can be used with Panasonic Digital Super Hybrid Systems as well. This upward compatibility is a plus for growing businesses, allowing to upgrade to a digital system in the future without the expense of new phones. Choose from a wide variety of features to suit each employee's needs. Flexible central office (CO) line buttons enable you to individually program the telephone for either Direct Station Selection (DSS)/Busy Lamp Field (BLF), automatic dialing or one-touch access to the feature each employee uses most often. An auto-answer speakerphone is a valuable asset when it comes to increasing efficiency. Just imagine! Your employees will no longer need to interrupt their workflow just to answer the phone. With KX-T7020 up to three parties may be involved in a simultaneous telephone conversation (one party must be an extension on the system). The phone features 12 programmable line buttons and 4 one-touch dial keys, with maximum of 500 pre-programmed system speed dial numbers. It has simple one touch key to set or cancel either Do Not Disturb or Call Forward to another extension, and visual indication of line or extension status i.e. busy, held, free etc. Additionally, all Panasonic KX-T7000 Series phones come with an ergonomically designed K-type handset. This full-sized, evenly weighted handset is the industry model for comfort and ease of use. For an efficient communication system with the flexibility to adapt as your office grows, choose Panasonic 7000 Series phones.
Advantages: Very clear sound, excellent range. Best speaker phone I've used. Disadvantages: none.
.... From my mobile I could hear her absolutely clearly even when she crossed to the other side of the room and had her back to the handset, which was stood up on the desk. She reported that she could hear me just as clearly through the speaker of the handset too. So I have to give Panasonic a 10 out of 10 for the call quality of the phone.
I couldn't get over how everything was so easy to set up on the KX-TG8324E. The menu for all four phones, and the answer-machine can be accessed from any one of the four handsets, using a small joystick in the middle of the instrument. Left, right, forward and backwards to select, and push to activate it many features...
Phone Book Entries
It took me about 5 minutes to enter in my phonebook entries into one unit. I entered the person's name and telephone number and then took the option to send...

Advantages: Stylish, feel good and great functionality. Disadvantages: Very susceptible to finger prints!!
...The PanasonicKX-TG 8222 is a brilliant home phone and no mistaking; I do most of my communicating by telephone via my mobile and even then only when I have to. I am not one of those people who pick up a phone and chat endlessly to someone because I have nothing better to do but when I do need to use a phone I like it to feel comfortable to hold and not to crackle in my ear, those were my only real lookouts for a phone but I didn`t realise how bad our old house phones really were until we bought these.
The Panasonic KXTG8222EB digital telephone is of course cordless and has a large LCD screen, illuminated keypad, 200 name and number directory and an answering machine function which will allow you to record up to 40 minutes of messages ( a good 20 minutes more than my last phones offered). You can adjust the ringer and the handset...

...up with the useless BT phones for many years I had a wish list of features that I wanted in the new phones. I also refused to have another BT model. After much searching I decided upon the PanasonicKX-TG 8220. It had everything I wanted and more to boot, the only downside was the price. We bought the 3 handset pack for £109.99 from Argos.
Model Names
Here is a brief explanation of the Panasonic model naming system. The KX-TG8220E refers to the model that consists of the answer phone base unit and one handset. I bought the KX-TG8223EW, the 3 meaning it comes with 3 handsets and the W at the end meaning the colour of the model is white. The model is also available in black and these model numbers will have a B at the end instead of the W. A twin pack will be 8222 and a quad pack will be 8224. They are all the same model but...
