Panasonic KX-T7431 proprietary telephones are the ideal choice for growing businesses. Use them with Panasonic Digital Super Hybrid Telephone Systems (models KX-TD816, KX-TD1232 and KX-TD308) and enjoy a host of advanced features. An eXtra Device Port (XDP) RJ-11 jack built-in to the back of the phone enables you to connect any single-line device, such as a fax, modem or credit card verifier, thereby doubling your connection capacity without additional cards or wires. Because the XDP is a separate extension, you can use both phone devices simultaneously. Fax a document while talking on the telephone. Carry on a phone conversation while transferring data from your PC to another. This extra connection capacity lets you customize each workstation to the needs of the individual user. Flexible central office (CO) line buttons enable you to individually program each telephone for either Direct Station Selection (DSS)/Busy Lamp Field (BLF), automatic dialing or one-touch access to the feature each employee uses most often. For easy viewing of calling information KX-T7431 phone features a 16-character LCD screen. Bring your personal call log, alphabetical phone list or table of speed dial numbers up on the screen and dial directly from it. Panasonic KX-T7431 phones feature jog dial operation for easy access to both system and personal speed dial lists, as well as speaker and handset volume controls. A built-in speakerphone enables you to set the phone for automatic hands-free answering of intercom calls. Just imagine! Your employees will no longer need to interrupt their workflow just to answer the phone. Whisper Off-Hook Call Announce (WOHCA) feature lets you call, via intercom, another 7400 Series phone user who is currently on the phone. The other user can hear you through the handset of his or her phone and can talk back to you, all the while undetected by the outside party. People calling your line won't hear a busy signal, and you won't have to worry about missing an important call. With KX-T7431 up to three parties may be involved in a simultaneous telephone conversation (one party must be an extension on the system). The phone features 12 programmable line buttons and 12 one-touch dial keys, with maximum of 500 pre-programmed system speed dial numbers. It has simple one touch key to set or cancel either Do Not Disturb or Call Forward to another extension, and visual indication of line or extension status i.e. busy, held, free etc. All Panasonic 7400 Series phones come with an ergonomically designed, full-sized K-type handset, the industry model for comfort and ease of use.
