Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS62EB-R

...spend decent money on a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS62EB-R which was recommended to me by thebigc1690 (a guy on here who knows a thing or two about cameras and is also one of my photographers.

Now my review for this camera will be in no way technical, simply because I would make a fool of myself if I tried to go into how all the settings work, I just know that they do.

...and detailed images and it also has a 4 x optical zoom so you can get a bit closer to what you are shooting without actually getting closer.

This camera has a lot of preset settings so you can simply choose your setting depending on what and where you are shooting rather than having to know the best settings, although if you do know what’s best for what then it does allow you to adjust everything manually.

As a model I spend most of my time in front of a camera and I have therefore never owned a good one of my own. Recently I decided to put this right, I did not go crazy and buy a big DSLR like the pros shoot me with but I did spend decent money on a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS62EB-R which was recommended to me by thebigc1690 (a guy on here who knows a thing or two about cameras and is also one of my photographers.

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS62EB-R has a ten megapixel sensor which means you get very high quality and very clear and detailed images and it also has a 4 x optical zoom so you can get a bit closer to what you are shooting without actually getting closer.

This camera has a lot of preset settings so you can simply choose your setting depending on what and where you are shooting rather than having to know the best settings, although if you do know what’s best for what then it does allow you to adjust everything manually.

The best setting on this camera for me is the image stabilizer, this eliminates the blur you get from a shaky hand, my last camera did not have this and if I tried to use it with the zoom I got a lot of blur and the images were not good at all but with this switched on in this camera I have never shot a blurry image so far so it must be good because a photographer I am not.

There is a great little video option on this camera too and although nowhere near the quality of a video camera it is decent enough to allow me to catch my friends or my niece and nephew doing silly things. Again this is much better than the video option in my old camera which was as good as useless unless in perfect daylight.

This camera comes in many colours and normally if there is a pink one I will go for that but the pink one of these looked like a toy camera so I chose the bright red instead and I have to say I love it. It is also available in the afore mentioned pink, as well as black, pale blue and silver.

It is a strong little camera and it feels very well made, I am sure it will take a bit of punishment without breaking, it uses a lithium rechargeable battery that allows you to take about 300 photos between charging and it comes with photofun studio software which is very easy to install and use and lets you do cool things with your photos even with limited knowledge.

It`s not a cheap camera but at the £124.79 I paid for it, it is not the most expensive either and it is well worth its money in my opinion, I have probably taken about a thousand photos so far and not one of them needed to be deleted due to blur or poor quality so if I can manage to get good images with this camera then anyone can and therefore I recommend it highly.
