Hello all, I bought one 3 weeks ago, based on the fact John Lewis sold them. It is quiet and the display panel make it easy to use, even the wife managed to work without any questions.
The only problem so far is that it broke down within three weeks of purchase, when it stopped draining water from the drum. We now have to waste a whole day (between 8 and 6) waiting for an engineer as they (Comet) only offer all day appointments.
Does anybody know if I can claim for having to take a whole day off work waiting for an engineer or can I force Comet to come at a specific time to fix the machine? It is frustrating as I know the engineer will have to make a 2nd visit after the 1st visit as he will have to order a part.
There's an error message O11 flashing on the display, any ideas what this means?
