To date I have had no problems with this oven. It is easy to use as there are buttons to press for the various programmes. The baked potato programme is particularly reliable as is the roast chicken. With the potato programme there is no weight to insert as time is determined by steam. There is a useful button to press for an extra 10 minutes or under 10 minutes cooking time according to preference. If you follow the instructions I would say that this is a wonderful help in the kitchen and safe to use. However, I would not say it is safe for children to use due to the amount of buttons and the possibility of pressing, or not pressing the right one. Worth every penny.
