Advantages Dont' fall out, good value for money

Disadvantages not the best sound quality

Introduction

I have had these headphones for a few months now which I feel is a good length of time to finally make a solid judgement about how they perform in day to day use.
I have worn the headphones a number of times mainly whilst out running and in the gym.

Design

Overall I would say that the Panasonic headphones are reasonably well designed the earbuds sit firmly in the ear and the band adds extra support preventing almost all movement and the headpones from falling out. I haven't had a single issue with the headphones coming out whatsoever which is just what you want from a pair of sports headphones.
The cable is plenty long enough to easily reach your phone or mp3 player in your pocket.
The only slight grumble about the design of the headphones that I could think of is that they are ever so slightly bulky. the main unit protrudes from the ear a bit further than I would like. This is due to a larger speaker unit which supposedly enhances the sound quality.

Comfort

The headphones are extremely comfortable to wear. I have worn them for a couple of hours without a problem. In fact I hardly noticed they were there.

Sound Quality

The sound quality is reasonably good but what do you expect for your money. I don't expect a pair of sports headphones to have the best sound quality ever. It really doesn't matter too much when you have the constant pounding of your footsteps and whatever other noises going on around you. The sound quality is good but nothing exceptional.

Conclusion

for a set of sports headphones they do the job and do it well, I'm not sure if I would buy them again maybe try something different. For the money they are a good choice though and have lasted well.
My only minor gripe is that when out running I tend to sweat a fair bit, this can sometimes prevent you from hearing any of the music at all when it clogs up your ears a little, not what you want but then again maybe that's just my problem.
