Panasonic, if the build quality is going to be this bad, just leave the **** volume control out altogether.
The sound quality *is* good when they work, but so are lots of low-price closed-headphones (albeit without the volume control). Although they aren't expensive, you still get the impression that Panasonic cut corners in build and quality testing, so they aren't really that great value for money. ...

My old Ross digital headphones , while still providing excellent sound reproduction , had sadly over the years become damaged , to the extent that the earphones were continually falling off the headband . So it was time to get a replacement pair .
These were not my first choice , as I initially tried out some cordless headphones , that just didn't live up to expectations ( a review due soon ) .
So a new alternative had to found , and these are what I choose .
