...I cannot think of any features that are lacking in this TV. The 100Hz display is crystal sharp, great for the digital TV or DVD output. There are four SCART inputs a normal arial input, and the capability to connect to a Qlink or equivalent VCR. The Qlink feature allows a degree of communication that allows many VCR functions to be controlled by the TV including tuning. This can be useful especially when making use of the built in Digital TV decoder. There are two common interface slots in the back for expansion into subscribed channels there is also a modem and serial port for additional expansion into online TV. The install process could not be simpler, just plug in and switch on. ...Buying a Panasonic means you not only buy a decent electrical item but you pay extra money for a name. The SC-AK25 is a decent piece of equipment; it contains a 5-disc CD changer, with a digital radio tuner and two feather touch tape cassette player/recorders. It retailed at £249.99 and was purchased from a mail order company. It’s quite an attractive piece of kit but does not really compare to other models made by Sony. ...I bought this Home cinema system from curry's about 1 month ago, I paid £149.99 it has since gone back up to £189.99. After exstensive searching to find the right system for my money which was a choice between the panasonic, a sony, a samsung or a phillips to say the least I was a little torn in my decision they all offered value for money. I decided to go for the Panasonic to my delight I rushed home to try it out and I was disapointed with my choice as I had to return it the next day due to it being faulty. I was discouraged from getting the same model, however after speaking to a member of staff in curry's he played all the systems I was interested in and to say the least the Panasonic stood out imensly. The sound quality was by far superior to all the rest in this price bracket even turned up to maximum volume... Read review
