I bought this model for my daughter for Christmas one year and she hasn't been disappointed, neither have I. The sound quality is excellent, with a lot of power behind the speakers, and because the Stereo is kept in her bedroom, she can't have it on maximum volume because the bass is so strong! It has a remote control, which doesn't come as standard with a lot of models. The CD changing is a bit slow, which is my only bugbear with it, so if you are trying to change from CD1 to another, it can take an age. Being able to change the settings from, say, disco to hall etc. is quite novel, I think. The unit itself is very attractive and not too cumbersome, but for a lot of people it may seem big compared to some of the Micro systems around. It is very easy to operate, and changing from CD to Radio is quick and easy. The CD player of course, is programmable and has random play too, but this seems to be quite common nowadays and not kept for the elite models. All in all, a good stereo system.
