    The four speaker version of SC-ZT1 integrates very well with my Panasonic ZT1 TV and BluRay player, with a wide variety of functions synched. It produces quite reasonable quality sound (better than expected), and it was easy to add a powered subwoofer to make the floor shake. The four speaker format produces a quite credible surround sound field. The lack of treble / bass controls is addressed with a whisper setting and a large variety of surround effect pre-sets.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Wireless link to speakers very poor and affected by almost everything in the room

    I have just returned the SC-ZT1 I bought recently because the wireless performance and design is extremely poor. This is proved by the user manual which states that the amplifier/transmitter unit must not have anything directly above or below it, any Wifi device within 3 metres, must be at least 50cm above the floor, and must be in direct line of sight of the speakers. These restrictions are totally impractical and make it impossible to get a good wireless connection in a realistic living room. I spent two weeks moving equipment and furniture and the speakers ended up in a position where I ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages impossible to arrange in a normal living to get a good wireless speaker signal.
