I bought this breadmaker at the beginning of December, not having owned a breadmaker before and I am very happy with it.
It is simple to use, easy to clean and produces very nice bread. The instructions are clear and there are lots of receipes included in the instruction manual - the French bread and Brioche are favourites in my house! The crust is good - I always use the dark setting which gets a great result. Its also a really nice feeling to know that you can have fresh bread each day and that you know exactly what is in the bread, which as a new parent has become very important to me.
The timer is easy to use and you can set it to up 13 hours ahead - which makes it easy to set it so you have fresh bread for the morning.
The paddle doesn't make too much of a hole in the base and the texture of the loaves is excellent.
I've used to make dough for pizza bases as per the instruction manual and it turned out beautifully.
Only bad points are that it can be difficult to get the loaf out - you just have to shake hard and it does come out, invest in good oven gloves! Also the loaf can be a little hard to slice due the the height.
However its so good I've recommended it to family and friends who all want one.
