...to buy a black and white printer, keep it for a few years and then replace it with a colour one when our eldest daughter got to the stage of needing one for her schoolwork. I decided to leave my husband to it, and so off he went to PC World. An hour later. he came back with a Panasonic KX-P7100 under his arm. Well not exactly under his arm as the box was too big for that. But you know what I mean ! It cost £ 170, and he had also bought a USB cable for £ 13.99 as there wasn't one with the printer. I don't know if it is normal for a printer to come without one, or whether you always have to buy one. Advantages: Tablet style flip screen, built in functionality

...Well after 3 years of working with the Panasonic CF-34 as an IT consultant with manual workers from another company I finally got to produce a build and play with some Cf-18's. There are many obvious advantages this machine has over it's predecessor, namely the available built in functionality (all at a price of course) plus the ease of use for those with the larger finger. Options include integrated GPRS / GSM slot, WiFi & Bluetooth. Previously you would have to purchase individual cards for these functions which often ends up with a small part of card sticking out of the side of the machine, or an arial in the case of the GPRS / GSM cards. Now all these functions can be integrated within the device by Panasonic. All work well too, with the exception of the GPRS signal. I don't think the arial is very strong for the GPRS signal... Advantages: Works in relatively bright conditions, quiet

...have been using the Panasonic PT AX 100E as my main TV for just over a year now. I paid £900 for it then, but the price has dropped and even the improved PT AX200 can now be bought for about £700. The picture quality is extremely good in a dark room and quite watchable during the day even with the curtains open for all but the darkest movies. In bright conditions the colours can become a little washed-out although there are various viewing options on the remote control to compensate a little. For some very dark films however you should wait until the room can be blacked out completely. The lens is large and of very high quality with a wide ranging zoom. Many home cinema projectors have just a wide angle lens with a small amount of zoom for fine adjustment, to allow big pictures from a short distance, but are less flexible, especially... Read review
