I had to login to express my total disatisfaction with Empire Direct. I ordered a Sony digital SLR and after a number of telephone calls they acknowledged my order and set a delivery date. All that they could offer was an 'anytime' delivery so I took a day off work and sat at home waiting. 6pm and no delivery. A day wasted. The call centre people were unhelpful and only offered an all day/ anytime delivery which was no use. Looking at the E.D. customer comments I saw that other customers seemed to have been given a number of options. My letter to them has not appeared on their website. I would not recommend this company..
It's not my taste but somebody may like it. So have a good luck and check this panel first..
