Although I am a 'newbie' at this, I hope to improve with every entry and to be able to share experiences with other like minded people and hopefully with information that I can impart I will be able to make a few more people smile.......

Being a middle-aged (sorry Mum, but it's true I'm no longer a teenager) natural blonde I don't have the confidence to buy things online without having seen them first. I need to go instore and look at them in the flesh so to speak........When I wanted to upgrade my T.V, I went into various large stores to see what was on offer, most of them tried fobbing me off with the special offers, but although I'm a natural blonde I will not be pushed into buying something that I don't want or can afford. For those of you that live near Kingston upon Thames this I hope will be very useful. I went into Bentalls, the staff in the T.V etc,etc,etc department were VERY VERY helpful. They didn't try and push me towards something that I couldn't afford, they actually listened to what I wanted and needed, hence I ended up with the fab Panasonic t.v. that now proudly sits in my sitting room. The T.V and after care service that I recieved from the staff was excellent. If you really want excellent service ask for Mike Francis.
