I have owned this for a year - it is excellent
720p native HD resolution (will also accept 1080i)
The PX70 series are true 1080p HD but for me - there is not enough HD material available to benefit and it will be a few more years before there is.
One con: my old 42" SD plasma displayed SD pictures better. This clearly needs to convert SD to HD in order to display it and it is not perfect (and no HD screen that I have viewed is). This observation is about HD screen in general.
The plasma picture is so much more natural than an LCD. Full colour range with great contrast.
I paid £1150 and no regrets - especially when you consider I paid £1500 for a 32" Sony Wega 10 years ago!
