I've just bought this TV having had a Mitsubishi of 10 years standing and have been amazed at the quality of vision and sound. I only wanted to buy a cheap widescreen TV (my choice was a Toshiba 28w8db £419.99 from hed.co.uk - excellent price and some £130 cheaper than the high street) but came across this Panasonic at John Lewis... it was being sold cheap (£600) as the previous buyer found it too big for the planned space.

It is absolutely fantastic with crystal clear picture and amazing Dolby Prologic sound. It really is a cinema equivalent sound - incidentally the sound system is made by Technics and is apparently the of a higher quality compared to similar Prologic TVs.

The picture is again one of the best on the market and is, according to the John Lewis assistant, better than Sony's 50Hz range of flatscreen TVs.

Top Marks to Panasonic for a superb product.

(the only downside again a problem for all these 28" TVs is the sheer bulk and weight of the set... luckily we've managed to hide ours in one of the many recesses in our house)
