Advantages Good, clear picture. Easy to install and operate.

Disadvantages none

This is a fairly recent purchase for me, since I only got it a few months ago. I have been completely happy with all aspects of it so far, but have not tried to connect a console or a PC.

"Installability"

I was really quite impressed by how easy this TV is to set up and get going. The fact that my mother, who is definitely not technologically inclined, managed to set it up by herself when I was out ought to show you; if she can do it, anyone can!
Along with the TV, we'd bought a large Sony DVD Player and Hard Drive. Connecting the TV to this and our old video recorder posed no problem at all, and Freeview worked immediately too.
Useability

Very easy to use the TV function. Just like most other televisions, you press buttons to go up/go down/view TV guide etc. I won't go into too many more details.
Making the TV work with the DVD player/Hard Drive is simple enough as well. Simply press AV to take you away from the TV and onto the DVD Player, and you're away.
This may seem insignificant to some, but the remote control is well laid out and feels good in the hand. All the buttons are clearly marked, and you'd have a hard job going wrong with it. I mention this only because I can't bear it when a remote control is like an aeroplane cockpit. This one isn't!
Picture & Sound Quality

Excellent. Really very good quality, both on Freeview and on DVDs. The picture is always sharp and clear, and the TV is big enough to make those films that you really need to see in the cinema (you know, the ones with the explosions and the gun fights etc.) worth watching at home. When you watch something on an older television you really notice the difference.
The sound is nothing that special. Does what it's meant to, but nothing that spectacular. If you want superior sound then get a separate sound system.
Bad Things

I've can truthfully say that I've had no problems regarding the television at all. Occasionally the reception gets interfered with by a storm, but my road is known for bad reception, and most of the time it's pretty good for us.

Definitely a television worth considering if you looking for one.
