The Vampire Pandora is asked to tell the story of her life, how she was born into darkness, and how she has survived so long. It's a wonderfully written life story, from Pandora's childhood to meeting her lover Marius for the first time, to coming into the "savage garden" as Lestat and Louis may say. It's a brilliant book for those wanting to see the Vampire life from an ancient females point of view, which isn't seen often through the Vampire Chronicles. Sadly, there's no Lestat in here for all you Lestat fans. But I'm sure after reading this book you'll love Pandora just as much. She is just as brilliant as all the other Anne Rice vampires, and well worth reading about.
