Pantene Pro-V Ice Shine Hold & Gloss Hairspray Although my main hairspray loyalty is to Elnett, I occasionally venture into different products, especially when there is an offer on, and also when I am looking for a very strong hold. About: As soon as I got a full fringe, I realised I needed hairspray because it just would just never stay in place. After trying one or two brands, I decided that cheap was not always when it comes to haircare, so I decided to go for a more branded hairspray and saw this one on the shelf in Boots. Since it says it is ice shine and ultra strong hold, I decided to buy it.
