I have recently sold some baby clothes on eBay, and my buyer living in Germany reccomended these as a cheap alternative to many of the other courier services to Europe. They had used them a number of times before, and were pleased with the service offered. After contacting them for a quote, I was surprised by the price. A 17.2kg parcel with dimensions of 40cm x40cm x40cm, and only £33 to send it to Germany on a 3-4day service? Surely that couldn't ... ...
Not only are the prices great, the customer service is also fantastic. Whenever I have had to call them, the staff were courteous and helpful, and always friendly. They seemed to go out of their way to answer my queries, and to ensure my parcel was collected from me on time.
This company may be little known, but they are not couriers themselves, they actually find you the cheapest deals with couriers such as DHL, Parcelforce, ... more

I have a superb experience with this company on international parcels. I often see reviews on here that are always negative and part of me thinks it is often only bad things that are said. However, my own experiences are fantastic. I had a 20kg parcel picked up within 4 hours of placing the order and it was at the destination in Austria within 2 days. I could track all the way through and my buyer was amazed. I looked so professional. As an asdie ... ...properly and label it clearly the number ofproblems drops like a stone. Also before you write off this company beware the major couriers - they do not seem to care as much as Parcel2Go.com do about your single parcels. My view - give them a shout and make up your own mind but I think their services are A*********. ...

I have used Parcel2Go only twice so far, with large items from my eBay auctions having to be shipped firstly to Austria, then secondly to Sweden.
I chose Parcel2Go for two reasons. 1) They collect, and 2) they are cheap.
Do not be fooled by the bottom line ! You DO only get what you pay for.
On both occasions, P2G let me down on collection dates and times; on failing to forward the correct paperwork to the actual courier : DHL; on very ... ...offering any form of explanation or compensation whatsoever.
The Austrian package was a pair of hifi loudspeakers. This took nearly THREE WEEKS to get to the customer.
The package for Sweden was a small music synthesiser, and it should have been collected on Aug 18, but was actually picked up on the 19th. It took until the 26th to leave London Colney branch of DHL due to P2G NOT forwarding the correct paperwork, and was finally delivered on Aug ...

Useless, Chaotic, Unreliable, Non existent customer services, Annoying, Out of their depth. That about sums up Parcel2go I had 7 emails from them confirming my booking the parcel was not collected on the specified date and when i queried that I was told that they had no record that I had paid so I forwarded the receipt email and confirmation email to them, so far nothing... avoid this company at all costs and pay the extra for a hassle free parcel service I certainly will. ...
