Advantages: Great prices, excellent customer service

I have recently sold some baby clothes on eBay, and my buyer living in Germany reccomended these as a cheap alternative to many of the other courier services to Europe. They had used them a number of times before, and were pleased with the service offered. After contacting them for a quote, I was surprised by the price. ...Not only are the prices great, the customer service is also fantastic. Whenever I have had to call them, the staff were courteous and helpful, and always friendly. They seemed to go out of their way to answer my queries, and to ensure my parcel was collected from me on time. I have a superb experience with this company on international parcels. I often see reviews on here that are always negative and part of me thinks it is often only bad things that are said. However, my own experiences are fantastic. I had a 20kg parcel picked up within 4 hours of placing the order and it was at the destination in Austria within 2 days. Useless, Chaotic, Unreliable, Non existent customer services, Annoying, Out of their depth. That about sums up Parcel2go I had 7 emails from them confirming my booking the parcel was not collected on the specified date and when i queried that I was told that they had no record that I had paid so I forwarded the receipt email and confirmation email to them, so far nothing... avoid this company at all costs and pay the extra for a hassle free parcel service I certainly will.

Cannot begin to say how poor their service is. BE WARNED!! Bad Admin, Bad Customer Service, No organisation, Poor relationship with Couriers they use.
